Having recently received a stellar two-star New York Times review, the Tavern by WS is highly ranked alongside some of the most prominent restaurants in the city.
In partnership with Wine Spectator, The Tavern offers an extensive, value-driven wine list of both bottles and wines-by- the-glass, curated by Master Sommelier Michaël Engelmann. The collection features dynamic flavors from regions across the globe, including France, Australia, Italy, South Africa, and Spain. Experience our inventory of nearly 450 selections by the bottle and 35 different wines by-the-glass.
The Related Group turned to wine cellar professionals Heritage Vine to design this wine cellar along with world renowned interior designs The Rockwell Group.
Boasting over 15,000 bottles, these custom wine cellars demanded experts not only wine cellar design but also refrigeration engineering. Housing some of the best selections Wine Spectator could curate, ideal storage conditions were required and were achieved.
The final product is stunning, timeless wine cellars to be enjoyed by patrons for years to come.
