We engineer cellars around their cooling systems and racking not around them. Every project is engineered for worst-case Northern California ambient conditions, with continuous vapor barriers, premium insulation, and cooling systems matched to the load. We spec from Wine Guardian, WhisperKool, CellarPro, or LRC depending on the install.
Our Heritage Series racking is fabricated in our own workshop in oak, sapele, walnut, or alder not assembled from prefab kits.
