Heritage Vine is a custom wine cellar design-build firm headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices across Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Connecticut, and Florida. For almost two decades, we've focused on a single craft: designing, manufacturing, and installing custom wine cellars for residential homes, hospitality venues, and cultural institutions across the United States.

Most cellars we're called to repair were originally specified by generalist contractors who treated the cellar as a finishing detail rather than a precision-engineered thermal envelope. We approach the work differently — every cellar is designed around its cooling system and structural envelope before any racking is drawn.

Owner & Founder — Jamie Dunjey

Heritage Vine was founded and is led by Jamie Dunjey from the company's Scottsdale headquarters. For almost two decades, Jamie has built Heritage Vine around a single focus: designing and installing custom wine cellars exclusively, not as a side specialty alongside cabinetry or finish carpentry, but as the company's only craft.

That singular focus is what separates Heritage Vine's work from generalist contractors. Every cellar we deliver is engineered around its cooling system and structural envelope before any aesthetic decisions are made. Cellars are sized for worst-case ambient conditions, with continuous vapor barriers, premium insulation, and cooling systems specified from Wine Guardian, WhisperKool, CellarPro, or LRC depending on the install.

Jamie works directly with architects, interior designers, custom home builders, and hospitality groups across the United States. He leads consultations from the Scottsdale showroom and on-site for residential and commercial projects nationwide. Heritage Vine's portfolio under Jamie's leadership includes the Petersen Automotive Museum, Steak 48 Beverly Hills, La Tête d'Or New York, Peak Restaurant Hudson Yards, The Park House (designed with Jonathan Scott), The Phoenix Country Club, and The Appellation Healdsburg in Sonoma County wine country, among many others.
