His collaborations with some of the most notable names in property development, architects, interior design, and restaurant/hospitality have led to award-winning projects with international acclaim.Aaron's expertise lies in developing inventive solutions to wine storage challenges without compromising on aesthetics. He works closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders to guide complex wine cellar and sauna installations from initial concept through final commissioning.Known for his clarity, technical understanding, and hands-on approach, Cody specializes in collaborating on projects where design, engineering, and craftsmanship must align seamlessly. His work frequently involves architecturally integrated wine cellars and wellness spaces within luxury residences, private estates, boutique hospitality venues, restaurants, and other premium environments where both aesthetics and performance are paramount.Cody’s role extends well beyond sales. He acts as a trusted advisor throughout the process—helping clients navigate design decisions, construction logistics, climate-control considerations, and long-term collection planning. amie Dunjey is the owner and operator of Heritage Vine, a custom wine cellar design-build firm headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with active projects and offices across Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Connecticut, and Florida.For over 16 years, Jamie has led Heritage Vine's design, fabrication, and installation work — building custom wine cellars exclusively. That singular focus is what separates Heritage Vine from generalist contractors who treat cellars as a decorative finishing detail rather than a precision-engineered thermal envelope.Under Jamie's leadership, Heritage Vine has delivered some of the most recognized wine cellar projects in the country. The portfolio includes the custom wine cellar at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, the wine wall at Steak 48 Beverly Hills, the commercial cellar at La Tête d'Or in New York City, the wine wall at Peak Restaurant in Hudson Yards, the residential cellar at The Park House designed in collaboration with Jonathan Scott of Property Brothers, the commercial wine cellar at The Appellation Healdsburg in Sonoma County's wine country, and the locker-style cellar at The Phoenix Country Club.Jamie's engineering-first approach drives every Heritage Vine project. Every cellar is designed around its cooling system and structural envelope before any racking is drawn — sized for worst-case ambient conditions, with continuous vapor barriers, premium insulation, and cooling systems specified from Wine Guardian, WhisperKool, CellarPro, or LRC depending on the install.Heritage Vine fabricates its Heritage Series racking in its own workshop in oak, sapele, walnut, and alder. Every cellar component is built in-house to control quality from concept through installation.Jamie works directly with architects, interior designers, custom home builders, and hospitality groups across the United States, leading consultations from the company's Scottsdale showroom and on-site for residential and commercial projects nationwide. He also leads Heritage Saunas, a sister company offering custom sauna design and installation.
