Book a Custom Wine Cellar Design Consultation
Heritage Vine designs, manufactures, and installs custom wine cellars across the United States — engineered around your collection, your space, and the lifetime of the wine inside.
Heritage Vine has been designing and installing custom wine cellars exclusively for almost two decades. Our portfolio includes the custom wine cellar at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, the wine wall at Steak 48 Beverly Hills, the commercial cellar at La Tête d'Or in New York City, the wine wall at Peak Restaurant in Hudson Yards, the residential cellar at The Park House (designed in collaboration with Jonathan Scott), and many other residential and hospitality projects across the United States.
Every consultation starts with a conversation. We want to understand your space, your collection, where you want your collection to be in fifteen years, and the engineering realities of your project — climate, ambient conditions, structural envelope, glass spec, and service access. The cellar design follows from that conversation, not the other way around.
Use the form below to send your project details, or call the office closest to you. Our team will respond within one business day.
What to Expect
After you submit your project details, here's what happens next:
- Within one business day, a member of our design team will be in touch to confirm receipt and schedule a discovery call.
- The discovery call (30–45 minutes, by video or phone) covers your space, your collection, your timeline, and any architectural or design constraints we should know about.
- The on-site or virtual walkthrough lets us assess the actual space, identify engineering considerations, and begin shaping the design.
- The design and proposal outlines the cellar concept, racking selection, climate control specifications, and project scope.
- Once approved, we manage every phase — fabrication in our workshop, delivery, installation, and final calibration. Most cellars complete in 8–16 weeks from approval to handover.
Every project is led by a Heritage Vine specialist from first call through final calibration. There's no handoff between sales and project management.
