Mediterranean inspiration meets Heritage Vine innovation.
Avec Nous, located in the upscale L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Hotel, is a contemporary take on the classic French bistro; a hip St. Tropez vibe that delivers a fresh culinary experience to Beverly Hills. With inspiration emanating from the Mediterranean coast, Spanish and Italian touches compliment this Riviera feel. European spices accompany locally sourced seasonal ingredients to offer a refined yet inviting dining experience.
Avec Nous renovated the existing restaurant at L’Ermitage and opened in March 2016. They contacted Heritage Vine for a custom design to transform a blank space into sleek, modern wine cellars for their wines to be showcased to restaurant guests.
These recently completed custom wine cellars hold approximately 1,200 bottles. Our design included 5 individual wine cabinets, all clad in bronze aluminum and anodized aluminum racking with natural walnut support blocks. Each cabinet is individually cooled by water-cooled refrigeration systems and individually lit with LED perimeter lighting.
The final product is stunning, timeless wine cellars to be enjoyed by patrons for years to come.
