Peak Restaurant NYC: Elevating Wine Cellar Design
Set against the iconic New York skyline is the Peak Restaurant in Hudson Yards, an embodiment of modern, luxury dining in a warm and inviting environment. Its elegance is further accentuated by a challenge undertaken by the Heritage Vine team: a breathtaking wine wall wrapping the rear of the dining space, 101 floors up.
Constructing a wine cellar suitable for a Michelin-standard restaurant is one thing; placing it atop downtown Manhattan's sixth tallest building is another. Heritage Vine's vision? A glass wine wall, seamlessly encompassing the restaurant's rear, standing as a vibrant, eye catching backdrop against the vast New York city views. With only one elevator for the Heritage Vine team to transport cellar materials and access the space, the project demanded intricate planning and precision.
Cellar Category: Commercial Wine Wall
Cellar Bottle Capacity: 700
Design Theme: Modern Framing
Feature Material: Glass
The result is a testament to Heritage Vine's dedication to producing exceptional custom wine cellars, no matter the intricacies of the space or location. Each glass panel, carefully measured to be transported and placed. Every technical element, from the unseen cellar refrigeration to the custom oak ladder to reach the higher wine bottles, was meticulously considered. The custom wine wall doesn't merely store the wine collection; it elevates the space, balancing function with supreme design.
